At present, the food safety problem increasingly appear, clinical test fast and accuratedemand is higher and higher, reagent concentration analysis testing instrument have someweakness such as valuableness, high technical requirements, time-consuming, it can notcompletely satisfy the current detection requirements. Therefore, the low cost, simple operation,accurate measurement of the testing instrument become a development trend, and is also anurgent market need.The paper firstly introduces the practical application value of immune analysis, commonlyused detection methods,, detection range and the mature technology. Based on the comparison ofvarious methods and principle, the paper puts forward a kind of based on the area CCDsemi-quantitative colloidal gold test, through the photoelectric detection method for sample afterreaction subtle color change detection, thus obtains the sample concentration index. Firstly,sample to the area CCD imaging. CCD optical signals are converted to electrical signals, afterthe signal amplification and separation, A/D conversion chip processing analog quantity, at thesame time get the image of the synchronous signal. SCM will calculate the digital quantity,compare with the reference value, eventually got test results, and display it through the digitaltube display. The colloidal gold dipsticks color characteristics identification process is actuallycontains a biochemical, light, electricity and software processing integrated process, thisinstrument in the detection speed and accuracy have certain advantages, besides, it is portableand suitable, so it is suitable for hospitals, food testing and so on.In this paper some research results obtained after, and points out the future developmentdirection, the system can use the microprocessors with faster processing speed instead of currentuse of single chip microcomputer. In addition, sensitivity and repeatability degree of the resultsis not enough. Detection range also need to further broaden. And need to realize quantitativedetection and multiple-detection.
