Pleurotus eryngii, named eryngii Pleurotus also,belongs to Eumycophyta, Basidiomycotina,Agaricales, Pleurotaceae, Pleurotus. Known as the “mushroom king”. Because it has both theflavor of almond and abalone, people also called it almond-abalone-mushroom. The mushroomhas a very high medicinal value, especially the polysaccharides it content, it could have anti-tumor,anti-oxidation, anti-aging strengthening the immune system and other health effects.The subject used eryngii as the raw material, conducted a systematic study and exploration ofthe polysaccharide extraction process, the separation and purification and the eryngii deepprocessing products research and development by the single factor test and orthogonal test, themain research and findings were as follows:(1) Used water as the leaching solution, conducted a experiment of researching thepolysaccharide extraction process by the single factor test and orthogonal test. Got theoptimum extraction process of polysaccharide conditions were the solid-liquid ratio was1:30,leaching temperature was90℃, leaching timewas3h, under these conditions,the polysaccharideextraction rate can reach7.92%. The influence of three factors on the extraction yield sequencewas: temperature> solid-liquid ratio> time.(2) The extracted polysaccharide needed Preliminary purification, such as protein-removed,color-removed. The optimum protein-removed conditions were the volume ratio of polysaccharidesolution and sevage solution was5:1, after four times removed, it could get the best result.(3) The preliminary purified polysaccharide got two kinds of polysaccharide by DEAE-52column chromatography, and used Sephadex G-200column chromatography,shows the two kindspolysaccharide were pure.(4) The eryngii deep processing products research and development content two aspects, theeryngii deep processing products and the eryngii polysaccharide products.The creative points are as follows:(1) Chose the eryngii as the material which had little research;(2) Carried out the subsequentapplied research about the eryngii and polysaccharide, reflected the high efficiency integrated andmade the best use of the material.(3) The results of the research could greatly rich the rare mushroom research data,and also could provide the valuable reference for the development andpractical application of the mushroom food,and the extraction and separation of thepolysaccharides of others rare mushroom.
