The tourism industry has boomed since the reform and opening policy. Butthe problem that a large number of faces need solved come to the fore as the numble ofpassengers growing. If Tourists manure is not well dealed, it not only caused seriouspollution to the environment, but also affect visitors’ mood and health. It is an importanttask in the field of environmental protection that the effective deodorizing technologywill be developed. At present, biological deodorization as persistence, no secondary pollution, convenience, low cost is widely used in the domestic and foreign deodorizationtechnology. So the biological self-purification toilet is one of the effective methods tosolve problem of scenic faces. Around20thousand scenic spots have been owed andecological toilets are builded more than100thousand. However, biological agentsalready have not been adapted to the toilet in harsh environment due to the complexecological environment. So it has a very broad market prospects that developing ahighly efficientive microbial deodorizing agent.66strains of bacteria were selected, separate and purify in the contaminated soilfrom school toilet, outfall sludge form pig farm, soil from garbage in the study.13deodorization strains were screened through the preliminary screening test, then6strains of high effective deodorization strains were examined by second screening test.The6strains were identificated as Issatchenkia orientalis, Wickerhamomyces anomalus,Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bacillus subtilis, Streptomyces tauricusby morphological observation, physiological and biochemical tests and molecularidentification respectively.The6strains have remarkable synergistic effect by the macroscopic Oxford cupexperiments and microcosmic PCR-DGGE experiments.Through the orthogonal test of four factors and three levels, the removal rate of NH3and H2S were significantdifferences by analysis of variance. The best ratio of agent for V (JM): V (RS): V (YB):V (FX) was4:3:3:4, and the NH3and H2S removal rate of the agent were70.12%and73.35%, respectively. Waste sawdust addition was10%of faces, in the sanme timemicrobial deodorizing agent inoculation was5%of faces through optimizingexperimental conditions. The experimental results showed that the deodorant microbialbacteria was superior to EM bacteria on the indicators for fecal odor concentration,TVOC, sulfur compounds and amine. It optimized that the optimal temperature for JM,RS strains was30℃and YB, FX strains was35℃; the optimal pH for JM, FX strainswas7and RS,YB strains was6by fermentation test. Through nutrient medium tests, italso optimized the carbon source for JM, RS, YB, FXstrains was corn meal, starch, wheat bran, corn starch, respectively, and nitrogen source was soybean meal, peanutmeal, NH4Cl, peanut meal, respectively, the original inorganic salts was the same.Thepreservation experiment showed that liquid preserved longer than solid agent, theoptimal pH was6-7, the antiseptic was0.1%C6H8O6+0.02%CuSO4+10%glycerol.
