Hydrogenated vegetable oils as the base material of preparation marine, butter, cocoabutter etc, it’s inseparable with our life. Hydrogenated vegetable oils have a huge marketdemand and wide use in the food industry. Oils and fats through hydrogenation to produce alarge number of trans fats, the security problem of trans acid to make the development ofhydrogenation of oils and fats industry faces enormous challenges and unprecedenteddifficulties. Research of new catalysts and new hydrogenation technologies is imperative. The main work in this thesis summarized as follows:(1) The mechanism of hydrogenation, the kinetics of reaction and the selectivity ofhydrogenation were discussed.(2) The preparing basic principle of the catalysts as the foundation, basing copper andnickel on component of activation, and add six different metal elements Pd、Pt、Cr、Co、Ru、Ag as metal additives to prepare tri-mental heterogeneous catalyst,by using the catalystcompared with imported catalyst9910and2021of activity、selectivity and the number oftrans fatty acid production.Founded that Ru was excellent, through the study of tri-mentalheterogeneous catalyst Cu-Ni-Ru of orthogonal test, the best metal ration was2:2:0.2.(3) As the metal composing and metal ration conditions was sure. Preparation method ofthree yuan of catalyst Cu-Ni-Ru were studied by single factor experiments and orthogonalexperiments. Effect of precipitation temperature, aging time, drying temperature, the ratio ofcarrier and active matter on iodine value and trans fatty acids formation tendency wereroughly the same. iodine value and trans fatty acid content decreased, and then increased withthe increase of experimental data. The optimal conditions of catalyst preparation areprecipitation temperature55℃, aging time70min, the drying temperature90℃, carrier andmetal activity ratio of2.5:1.(4) The hydrogenation process conditions on catalyst Cu-Ni-Ru were studied. Throughkinetics study the optimum process conditions were hydrogenation temperature180℃,hydrogen pressure0.6MPa, the stirring speed450r/min, the amount of catalyst1.5/1000g.(5) On the above conditions do confirmatory experiments get the conclusion: on thiscondition the content of trans fatty was17.36%, and can take into account the selectivity oflinoleic and linolenic acids, the optimum conditions were effective.
