Yuba is a kind of traditional soybean product in China. It is not only delicious, but alsonutritious, thus very popular with consumers. Yuba is in great demand and otfen in shortsupply. However, the degree of mechanization for yuba production is not high,as it is mainlyproduced manually by workers. Though a few enterprises and research institutes developedsome continuous mechanized production equipments ofr yuba, most of the equipments havesuch shortcomings as high energy consumption, low yield and inrstable product quality, that’swhy manufacturers always leave them unused. This topic mainly focuses on improving theproduction eiffciency and reduce energy consumption in yuba production imder the premiseof ensuirng the yuba quality, In order to promote the soiuid development of yuba industry, weselect some new kinds of energy suitable for yuba production by studying the distribution ofenergy consumption in yuba production process. Main contents of the paper are as follows:Synthetically analyze the existing characteirstics of yuba producing equipment andproposed new theory. The main inlfuencing factors in yuba conjunctiva process are discussedand the advantages and disadvantages of the existing two kinds of continuous mechanizedproduction equipments for yuba are analyzed. Besides,by combining the advantages ofmanual production with those of these two eqmpments, we put forward a new technology forcontinuous mechanized yuba production and discuss its principle.Design a new type of automation continuous yuba producing equipment. On the basis ofmain technical parameters in the yuba conjunctiva process, we adopt a new technology forcontinuous mechanized yuba production to design the appearance of this new equipment andelaborate its main structures, which include dyes-tripping car, yuba cover ofrming system,transmission system, rotary power and water supply systems and energy cycling system, etc.Motion simulation analysis is done on the equipment, and the feasibility of equipmentoperation is veriifedAccording to the energy composition in the existing yuba production, we propose a newtype of eiffcient and environmentally firendly energy circulation system. The system recyclesthe heat energy discharged from the yuba conjunctiva system and high-temperature dryingprocess, which can be used for soaking beans and providing partial energy for60°Clow-temperature drying process. On the basis of energy saving, we explored new energyutilization. Hot water and steam are the energy mostly needed in yuba producing process, so we can use solar-powered boiler to integrate new energy and energy-saving way to ofrtherachieve energy-saving aims.Programmer for equipment control system. We calculate the relevant data of thehardware and sotfware for yuba conjunctiva system to choose suitable hardware and software,which can be controlled by adopting switching value and utilizing the features thatconcentration and liquid level depth for yuba conjunctiva, are of low control precision andslow response speed. Moreover, the concentration of soy milk needs to be rapidly andaccurately controlled. According to the relation between concentration and density of soy milk,we deduce the formula between the concentration and density of the equipment,and adjustsoy milk concentration rapidly and accurately by adopting the PID module included in PLC.
