Yuba is made by refining,filtering,boiling,condensing,and drying soybeans.Several factors affect the yield of yuba,including the slurry temperature,slurry level,slurry concentration,and slurry PH.Although many production equipments of Yuba have been developed,the control of these factors by these production equipment is not perfect.In view of the current situation that my country's Yuba production equipment cannot achieve multifactor control and the status quo of production still needs to be judged by human experience,it is important about the design of the multi-factor control system for Yuba production and the experimental research on optimizing the production process conditions of Yuba.Based on the analysis and summary of domestic and foreign Yuba production equipment,conditions and control systems,this paper proposes the use of STC12C5A60S2 single-chip microcomputer for multi-factor control of yuba production.Based on Proteus and Keil,the joint simulation of the hardware circuit is completed,and then LabVIEW is used to realize the remote monitoring system of the upper computer.This paper completed the construction of the experimental test platform,and carried out the system debugging and analysis test.Finally,using the slurry temperature,slurry concentration,slurry level,slurry p H as the influencing factors,the yield and production efficiency of Yuba as the index values,tests were carried out respectively about the single-factor,multi-factor and optimized parameter verification.The main work in this paper is as follows:1)Design the overall plan of the control system.Completed the design of the principle structure diagram and overall block diagram of the control system.The main functional modules are analyzed,compared and selected.The feasibility of the overall scheme design of the control system is verified.2)Design the hardware circuit.The composition of the basic hardware circuit is introduced.Based on Altium Designer,the design of the hardware circuit of the control system was completed.The hardware circuit was co-simulated using Proteus and Keil software.Regarding the software,the flow chart of the main control system is designed,and the programming ideas and detailed procedures of each subroutine are given.3)The monitoring interface of the host computer is designed based on LabVIEW.The login interface and serial communication interface are designed in detail,and then the collection interface of each factor is designed.The program block diagram is explained.According to the built test platform,the system is debugged and analyzed.The error between the measured value and the actual value obtained basically meets the expected design requirements.4)Based on the orthogonal test method,the optimized process of Yuba production was studied.The design of test materials and test methods was given.Single factor and multifactor test research were carried out.The multi-factor test mainly carried out the range analysis method,the variance analysis method and response surface analysis.Finally,an optimized parameter verification test was carried out.
