The functional materials with special surface infiltration have important applicationsbecause of their excellent properties in catalysis,oil recovery,coating,waterproof,bio-medicineetc.In recent years,among the functional materials with special surface infiltration,thematerials with super hydrophobic self-cleaning interface caused a great concern due to theirapplications in daily life.Various synthesis methods have been developed by scholars homeand abroad.The studies show that solid films have different surface composition andstructure,making water on its surface showed different surface wettability and adsorptionproperties.The materials with superhydrophobic self-cleaning properties can be prepared byappropriate materials and methods.Electrostatic spraying method is newly developed technology by which,nano and micromaterials are fabricated.Large scale synthesis of nano and micro structure can be achieved bythe one-step electrostatic spray method,which is simple and rapid among differentsuper-hydrophobic surface preparation methods.It is a very cost-effective preparation of a newmethod of micro-nano-materials.In this thesis,superhydrophobic self-cleaning function of PS film materials was preparedby electrostatic spraying,using polystyrene (PS) in tetrahydrofuran (THF) solution andN,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) solution as raw materials.The morphology and infiltrationproperties of the prepared products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and Optical Contact Angle Measuring Device (OCA).Main contents are:1.Using PS/THF solution as raw material,PS film with different structures andinfiltration was prepared by adjusting the concentration.The results showed that when the PSmolecular weight was250kg/mol and the solution concentration is5%,the porous PS filmsurface with nano-micron fibers structures could be obtained and optical contact angle is153°,showing that the membrane surface is superhydrophobic.2.Using PS/DMF solution as raw material,PS film with different structures and infiltration was prepared by adjusting the concentration.The results showed that when the PSmolecular weight was250kg/mol and the solution concentration is5%,the compositeparticles with nano-micron fibers structures could be obtained and optical contact angle is167°,the adsorption force reached15N, showing that the membrane surface issuperhydrophobic and a low absorption capacity.
