Cyanide as chemical raw materials were used in mining, electroplating, synthetic fiber production, dye coking and organic glass industry, etc, but it is well known that most of the inorganic cyanide belongs to the poisonous substances, very few can cause human and livestock poisoning death in short time, it still can lead to imbalance of aquatic ecological system and crop failures.Tame active sludge with potassium cyanide for target substrate to make it adapt and degradate cyanide wastewater effectively, the contrast experiment to explore the degradation of cyanide effect of microorganisms from different sludge source and training mode in bearing cyanide wastewater. Test results showed that:Active sludge for degradation the cyanide had a clear role in promoting, test after6h showed the degradation of cyanide rate was86.15%, under the same condition natural degradation rate was only61.7%; But after domesticated the sludge would be more effective in degradation of cyanide, the degradation rate is88.23%, and it could be increased by27.78%than the sludge without domestication; Aerobic microorganisms played a main degradation efficacy in the active sludge, the degradation rate of anaerobic microbe treatment after6h was40%,while the rate of aerobic microbe treatment could be as high as98.23%; the microbial extracted from natural river also has a role with degradation of cyanide.Based on the cyanide waste degradation under different conditions of the experiments, the suitable conditions for microbial degradation of cyanide were explored:the researches of cyanide degradation with aerobic sludge and anaerobic sludge were under the different experimental conditions as pH, temperature, dosage of glucose, beef, and sludge. This test mainly accessed to two results:Good anaerobic sludge from both sewage treatment plant and natural have effects on degradation of cyanide wastewater。For the active sludge from sewage treatment plant, keep the dosing of glucose and beef extract at1.0g/L during the domestication, and keep pH at8-9, temperature at30℃and aeration quantity at1.01/min during the degradation, we can get the best result. For the natural active sludge, keep the dosing of glucose and beef extract at1.67g/L during the domestication, and keep pH at9, temperature at30℃and aeration quantity at0.11/min during the degradation, the cyanide degradation is more ideal.Finally, observate the activated sludge after cyanide degradation and identify the species of microbes that play main roles in the degradation, and observate growth situation of microbes through the basic cultivation.
