Renewable resources refers to different kinds of wastes which have lost all or part of the original use value in the process of social production and living consumption.It can regain its use value through recycling and processing. Renewable resources mainly include three types:metallic renewable resources, non-metallic renewable resources, waste electrical and electronic equipment.China’s11th five-year development program clearly put forward that implementing the strategy of sustainable development, aiming to build a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society through developing circular economy. Renewable resources recycling is an important part and carrier of the development of circular economy and building a resource-conserving society. What’s more, it is taking center stage in the development of circular economy. The development of renewable resources industry has aroused highly attention both at home and abroad. Guangzhou, as a strong city in economy, has been keeping faster economic growth for many years. Its industrialization and urbanization process accelerates, the resource demand is significantly higher than other areas.However, the resource of Guangzhou is also insufficient, economic development is facing severely restriction from high consumption, high pollution and resources shortage. Recycling a large amount of waste plays a significant role in improving resource utilization, reducing the pressure of resources and fighting against pollution.In this instance, Guangzhou WLD company launched the renewable resources recovery network and processing center construction project. In the face of the the renewable resources recycling industry land tension of guangzhou, management difficulties in junkman, and other problems such as secondary pollution, potential safety hazard, this project is guided by our national policy and has efficient management and operation, sufficient capital,information,technology and marketing. On the basis of the company’s existing ecycling system, this project is aiming to integrate and enhance the key sessions which contains product sales, recycling network and sorting and processing. Besides, this project can improve and accelerate the construction of the terminal market and the marketing network, enrich and perfect sales section of renewable resources, build "one market, two platform, three recycling network, seven demonstration sites", promote the enterprise to be more technological, intensive and ecological.This paper studies the feasibility of WLD company’s renewable resources recovery network and processing center construction project. It focuses on the analysis of the project background, industry background, industry market demand, the project construction plan, project implementation plan, investment estimation and financial analysis.This paper also evaluates the social and environmental impact of this project. At the same time, it analyzes the market risk, financial risk, social risk which exists in the process of implementation and operation of the project. Based on the analysis of various aspects comes to the conclusion:the project of the WLD company’market and industry development prospect is good, not only conforms to the current development demand, but also accords with the development of renewable resources recycling industry in guangzhou’s overall strategy. Its economic, social and ecological benefit is considerable.Therefore, this project has perfect condition and safeguard measures, the implementation of the project is feasible.
