For a long time, QingHe region and KaiYuan city both industrial and domestic water arefrom groundwater, with the acceleration of urbanization, population growth and the rapiddevelopment of industry and agriculture, groundwater concentrated mining and the seriousdeficit phenomenon widespread, resulting in catchments area groundwater level continues todecline, aquifer effluent capacity reduction, some local water pollution is serious, the shortageof water resource has already restrict the whole city people’s life and economic development.This paper’s purpose is calculation and analysis groundwater evolution rule and river watersupply for surface water and groundwater quality influence and role, at first, the paperreviews river water supply to pang river source region underground water level influence inthe domestic and foreign research progress, and groundwater numerical simulationtechnology in the domestic and foreign research present situation, has analyzed the QingHeregion and KaiYuan city social and economic status. This paper expounds the QingHe riversupply reservoir of QingHe reservoir in LiaoHe mouth to QingHe river cross-strait urbangroundwater recharge and supply model, and reviewed the hydrogeological conditions in thestudy area, and the corresponding mathematical model was established. Based on VisualModflow software establishes the numerical simulation model of groundwater system,through the identification and validation get a higher simulation model. Scientific analysisand evaluation research area water resources supply and demand balance status characteristicsand trends. The river water losses, punch carrying capacity and current situation of the urbanwater demand and water potential ability. Application of single index method to estimate theriver water quality, with single component method to QingHe region and KaiYuan citygroundwater quality evaluation, comprehensive analysis the influence of the QingHe reservoirwater supply to qinghe river main stream and alongside groundwater quality. For scientificoptimization scheduling reservoir, reasonable exploitation and utilization of the reservoirwater resource, realize the QingHe region and KaiYuan city effective utilization of waterresources and provide scientific basis for management. At the same time, for LiaoHe riverbasin water resources planning, protection and evaluation of a certain technical support andcontribution, to improve the whole society water saving consciousness, achieve sustainableuse of water resources and the sustainable development of society and economy, hasimportant scientific and realistic significance.
