| This thesis was mainly aimed to do a research on the disposal of printing and dyeing sludge, though having theoretical analysis, experimental study and numerical computation on the dyeing sludge from Zhejiang, All the work did and conclusions got were as followings:(1) This paper raised the technology roadmap as following:mechanical filter pressing, pretreatment of hydrothermal method coupled chemical method, mechanical filter pressing again,then solar drying at low temperature,at last,buming sludge with coal though having theoretical analysis and experimental study on the dyeing sludge from the HONG DA printing and dyeing industry and considering the characteristics of distribution of dyeing industries.(2) After the experiment on the physical and chemical properties of the dyeing sludge,it got that printing and dyeing sludge had high heat utilization value as the average low calorific value was16150kJ·kg-1. After the study on the pyrolysis and combustion characteristics of dyeing sludge,the following conclusions were got:both pyrolysis and combustion of dyeing sludge had four degradation stages,the combustion progress of dyeing sludge had the distinct combustion of fixed carbon; the weight loss ratio during combustion was more15.96%than that of pyrolysis progress forward as the combustion of volatile matter during the last stage; and the heat released from the combustion doubled that of pyrolysis.(3) The dyeing sludge’s drying rate of vertical convection was better than that of level blowing when T=57℃,v风=0.98m/s;T=75℃,v风=1.24m/s;T=125℃,v风=1.9m/s though the experiment device which was built by the writer;the drying rate of vertical convection respectively had12.50%,18.47%,22.14%more than that of level blowing;the drying time of the vertical convection drying methods was10minutes shorter than that of the drying methods of level blowing, when moisture content was dried from80%to55%. (4) With the experiment device of vertical convection drying,when temperature was during room temperature and130℃and the air speed was from0.2m/s to2.4m/s,the drying rate of dyeing sludge was becoming faster and faster as the temperature’s rise,so was the air speed. However,the moisture was on the contrary.When T=120℃,v风=1.8m/s,the total dry effect was better than that of all.On the other side,the sludge’s thickness and granular size both made a big difference on the drying rate and moisture of dyeing sludge.And know that it was linear relationship between moisture and the drying time by simulating the data from the experiment.(5) Make sure that the way to decide the structure of drying box though simulation was possible and the roller drying box was better than the baffle drying box. |
