At present, the coal field which with good shallow geological conditions is on the decrease, coal mining is gradually developing to the special thick alluvium geology, Integrating the shaft lining structure, determining double steel concrete wall is a shaft lining structure that is very suitable for deep alluvium shaft supporting. Through researching and analyzing the disadvantage of composite cylinder design calculation method, Ha.Lin design calculation method and the probability limit state design method, these methods are for double steel concrete wall design, this paper proposes the establishment of2D and3D mechanical models for double steel concrete wall, and uses ANSYS simulating to determine the ultimate bearing capacity of well wall, Through analyzing the mechanical characteristics of double steel concrete wall in uniform load and non-uniform load, Calculated using ANSYS uniform load under the double steel concrete shaft lining concrete maximum hoop stress, the maximum yield stress of the steel plate. Double steel concrete shaft lining concrete under uneven loads maximum principal stress, first principal stress, steel Mises stress, and value to meet the design requirements of the concrete strength and steel strength design value. Calculated by comparing the traditional combination of tube design, Kazakhstan。 Link design calculation method and ANSYS finite element design method, leads to double steel concrete lining structure based on ANSYS to optimize the design of mathematical models.Finally, using ANSYS establishes optimization design model for double steel concrete wall to determine the thickness of steel, the thickness of concrete wall and strength grade of concrete. The optimization design results of double steel concrete wall structure have been obtained in the paper, so it can provides guidance for efficient, saving, scientific, reasonable design of deep surface soil of shaft lining structure.
