In recently, with the rapid economic development, the demand for energy is also more and more. China as an energy consuming countries, where a large part of the energy provided can not be separated from the coal. Coal mine safety monitoring is particularly important. Coal mine safety monitoring is inseparable from the underground mine data acquisition. But the conventional underground mine data acquisition method is the use of a wired communication cable and the arrangement of the underground mine sensor, sends the acquisition data to above the mine. While using the wired way of data acquisition, need to decorate a lot of cable in the underground. It has many disadvantages such as interference, not flexible, and not convenient to maintenance. In the mechanical movement of the process, it is easy to cause fracture, and causes the part of the communication interrupt.In the view of the traditional data acquisition way of underground mine has many disadvantages such as poor flexibility and maintenance inconvenience, and the advantages of ZigBee wireless technology. This paper proposes wireless data acquisition system underground mine based on ZigBee. The technology of ZigBee is a low power consumption, low cost, low complexity, flexible networking and wireless communications technologies. The data acquisition node which uses the ZigBee technology is small size, layout and flexible, low energy consumption. It is very suitable for acquisition of underground mine environmental parameters.At first, this paper introduces the current domestic and international coal mine safety production status of its existing underground mine monitoring technology. And then briefly and contrast several major existing wireless communication technology, the ZigBee technology, to do a detailed analysis and study. Finally, based on the Z-Stack protocol stack for the current the underground mine monitoring the actual environmental requirements, as well as to achieve the functionality of the overall design of the system, and the system’s hardware and software design architecture. Hardware circuit design, based on the general design requirements of the system, using TI’s CC2530radio chip, the system coordinator, routers and sensor terminal node module hardware circuit design and anti-jamming system design, the system hardware platform. In the aspect of system software design, it gives the overall design of the system software in the first. Then on the basis of the protocol stack of the Z-Stack-CC2530system network coordinator, routers, sensor terminal node, TC77temperature sensor, MMA7360L acceleration sensor module software design as well as low-power design ideas. Finally, the system was tested, the test results show that the system is designed to meet certain requirements, has a certain value and a wide range of prospects in the practical application of the underground mine.
