In recent years,with the rapid development of science and technology,new technology has been applied to the coal mine,the mining industry is toward the intelligent direction advance.But it also cannot be completely replace the traditional mining methods,miner's life time under the threat of an emergency.How to real-time accurate detection of downhole environment effectively and improve the safety of underground work.How disasters occur to people trapped in a quick and efficient positioning to improve the efficiency of the rescue,is deserving of research.Set up to prevent disasters,and secondly the accident rescue management mode is the effective measure to solve the frequent occurrence of mine accidents,implementation is the key to establish electronic information platform for the intelligent system.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign coal mine safety monitoring and personnel positioning system research and the status quo,made a general introduction of ZigBee technology related content,discusses the basic principle and key technology based on RSSI positioning,this paper introduces the main ranging technology in WSN and commonly used positioning algorithm based on distance,simple and summarizes the current RSSI filter algorithm.On the choice of algorithm through the contrast,choose the more suitable for complicated environment in underground improved weighted centroid localization algorithm,and has carried on the accuracy of algorithm on MATLAB and the error analysis,the algorithm in improving precision of positioning system has better performance.Positioning system is divided into two parts,and underground inoue,downhole hardware and software,this paper made a detailed design,and monitoring of inoue part of software are described.Choose CC2530 bear down ZigBee wireless sensor network,the software platform using the Z-Stack protocol Stack.Downhole positioning by locating node,node system and the coordinator reference node.Reference node distribution in the underground roadway on every major collection RSSI values,by absenteeism will carry the positioning of the node location information,through the router,the coordinator to inoue,and for display on the monitor software,monitoring software and can send and positioning reference node configuration information and control command.Reference node on the surrounding environment information collection,when abnormal environment through the ZigBee network to transfer information to locate the node,node positioning ring buzzer,notify the mine personnel evacuation in time.To prevent network fault locating node inadequate battery,power system takes advantage of the ADC CC2530itself on acquisition,notify the relevant personnel to replace the battery in time.In the laboratory simulation test,simulation of the down complex environment on the PC software to locate effect shows that the improved weighted centroid localization algorithm can improve the positioning accuracy,and can be used to real-time monitor to the environment.
