Study On Features Of Stope Structure Of Island Coal Face And Its Effect On The Roadway

This article is on the basis of the Renlou Coal Mine island coalface conducted by Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group Co,Ltd, engineering background analysis the stope surrounding rock arch structure of island coal face’s morphological characteristics through the pressure arch theory,and by comparing the ordinary face’s strata behavior regular pattern,has been clear about the arch structure overall extension outward and arch belt width lessen under the influence of the island coal face stope Large structure’s nearby goaf,and with the advance of the face the stope large structure essence is a continuous loop of structure formating-structure failure dynamic structure;by using the method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation study the structural and characteristics of surrounding rock of roadway,isolated island working face along the small empty roadway surrounding rock structure compared with the entity coal roadway, presents the obvious asymmetry, arch with smaller width, uneven stresses in the arch, arch structure relative to the entity coal roadway, the instability of side arch belt width is less than the entity coal side coal pillar, are more likely to be damaged;on this basis, study the isolated island working face of stope structure on the influence of the small structure of roadway, the analysis of the stope arch structure before the stability of the arch foot arch structure of roadway little influence will be the basis of the roadway can be divided into no arch area, weak arch area as well as the stability of the arch area;using numerical simulation methods to analyze the effect of bolt support in roadway surrounding rock structure, analysis the essence of bolt support is to enhance the bearing capacity of surrounding rock itself to more stable small arch structure of roadway development trend, and think that rational pre-tightening force and the reasonable supporting intensitybolt support are the key to bolt support.In the end, the surrounding rock control technology is put forward and validated by field measurement.
