The structure of "A/C axis bi-rotary milling head" is very complex, the designed performance index for manufacturing technology is also consequently very strict, very high, such as parts processing quality, match property, relative position, movement precision and other geometric parameters. The immature manufacturing technology leads to the result that product assembly accuracy needs cannot satisfied. Low efficiency and serve eresource waste shows up during the assembly and test phase."A/C axis bi-rotary milling head" manufacturing technology research focus on improvement its manufacturing precision by means of error prevention and error compensation. Because of its complexity, it is difficult to meet the product geometric accuracy requirements,and involve dynamic linkage geometry accuracy requirement. so if we want to improve the product precision,we need two ways:error prevention and error compensation.Based on the research of the product assembly constraint relations, formulate reasonable assembly process and precision of detection methods. Using " Pauta criterion" to making up and processing the test data, we can improving the accuracy of error detection and the geometric accuracy. Through the analysis of the assembly structure, parse the key geometric accuracy of the key components, raise the control approach, use "least square method" and to evaluate the important geometric accuracy errorSo we can comprehensively improve the manufacturing accuracy from many ways, like the processing, assembly, testing and so on, realize the prevention of error prevention. Through the rotating shaft position accuracy detection scheme and rotary center error compensation technology research, designed the "A/C axis bi-rotary milling head" rotary center rotating shaft location accuracy detection scheme and the geometric error detection and compensation scheme, purpose to realize error compensation, improve the "five axis CNC machine tools" machining precision through the researching of "A/C axis bi-rotary milling head" manufacturing process technology,work out the test scheme of "A/C axis bi-rotary milling head",assembly process plan, parts processing process, rotor position accuracy detection scheme, five-axis precision compensation scheme of testing results, used to guide the production.
