Precision machine tools are the mother machine of the machinery manufacturing industry,and the machining accuracy of machine tools determines the accuracy of mechanical equipment.The machine tool spindle is one of the core components of the precision machine tool.The rotation accuracy of the spindle bearing has an important influence on the rotation accuracy of the spindle,which in turn affects the machining accuracy of the precision machine tool.The higher the machining accuracy of the precision machine tool,the higher the requirements for the rotation accuracy of the spindle bearing.The rotation accuracy of rolling bearings is mainly affected by the geometric errors of the bearing parts.At present,the research on the mechanism of the influence of the geometric errors of the bearing parts on the rotation accuracy of the bearing is still insufficient,resulting in a large gap between the theoretical design level of high-precision bearings and actual engineering needs.Therefore,studying the influence of geometric errors of bearing parts on bearing rotation accuracy is of great significance to the research and engineering application of high-precision bearings.Angular contact ball bearing is the research object of this paper.A numerical simulation model of angular contact ball bearing rotation accuracy is established.The radial and axial runout of the bearing ring are used as the rotation accuracy parameters to analyze the influence of the geometric error of the bearing parts on the rotation accuracy of the bearing.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the geometry and movement relationship of the various parts of angular contact ball bearings,considering the roundness errors of the inner and outer ring channels,a numerical simulation model of the rotation accuracy of the inner and outer rings of the bearing is established.The calculation method of the shortest distance when the bearing ring is in contact with the surface of the steel ball and the criterion of the optimal stable contact state when the bearing ring is in contact with all the steel balls are proposed.In some specific roundness error orders,the analytical solution of the rotation accuracy of the outer ring of the bearing is derived,and the results are compared with the simulation calculation results to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation model.(2)According to the established numerical simulation model of bearing outer ring rotation accuracy,the influence of the order of roundness error,the amplitude of roundness error and the number of steel balls of inner ring and outer ring groove on the outer ring rotation accuracy was considered,and the influence mechanism of bearing rotation accuracy was studied.The research results show that the radial and axial runout of the bearing outer ring changes periodically with the roundness error order of the inner and outer ring grooves.The period is the number of steel balls;at a specific roundness error order,the bearing The radial runout or axial runout is significantly increased,and the bearing rotation accuracy is significantly reduced;the greater the roundness error amplitude,the lower the bearing rotation accuracy.(3)Establish a numerical simulation model of the rotation accuracy of the bearing outer ring based on the diameter error of the steel ball,and study the influence of the diameter error of the steel ball and its arrangement on the rotation accuracy of the bearing.The research results show that when a single steel ball has a diameter error,the larger the diameter error,the lower the bearing rotation accuracy;when multiple steel balls have diameter errors,the arrangement of the error steel balls has a greater impact on the bearing rotation accuracy.According to the research of this paper,the influence of geometric errors of angular contact ball bearing parts on bearing rotation accuracy can be analyzed,and the rotation accuracy of bearings can be predicted based on the geometric errors of parts,which has a positive effect on improving the theoretical design level of highprecision rolling bearings.
