Nature reserve is the national to the natural environment and resources can get better protection, promote the sustainable development of national economy, to some special zoning out, is to protect the natural resources, to save endangered species, an important base for scientific research. Taian nature reserve as the research object in this paper, using the three phase remote sensing in2000、2005and2010, applying the transfer matrix and landscape index method, to analysis the spatial-temporal variations of vegetation types and landscape pattern; Using the surface parameters data of protected areas from2000to2010to evaluation various types change of ecological quality; Using the spatial interpolation and the interference model carry through the analysis to the humen driving force of nature reserve. Obtain the following results and progress:(1)The main landscape types is forest, shrubs, and the dry land in the Taian nature reserve, that proportion of the total area of the study is97.40%,97.38%,97.38%respectively in the age of three phase. The area of forest and shrub basically didn’t change during the decade, the part of dry land transform residence and traffic land.The analysis of deciduous broad-leaved shrub and grassland landscape is incomplete, fragmentation degree is higher, deciduous broad-leaved forest fragmentation degree is not high in the landscape unit. The analysis of NP and MPS changed little, CONT values have float from2000to2005in landscape level.(2)The average and coefficient of variation of the forest LAI,the dryland NPP and the grassland vf on the spatial-temporal variations has obvious changes during the ten years, moreover the average of forest LAI in the south is higher than the northern, and the west is higher than the eastern on the space distribution. The annual average coefficient of variation in contrast to the annual average on the spatial distribution. Dry land and grassland is more complicated on the spatial distribution. Through the comparisons of forest, a dry land and grassland in annual average and variation coefficient of the curve trend in the Taian Natural Reserve can get to kown:The forest and grass in annual average and variation coefficient curves show the opposite trend, moreover rosing on the annual average, declining on the annual variation coefficient; The change curves of the annual average and variation coefficient is consistent in the dryland, and both are falling. Speculate that the appearance of this kind of phenomenon may be caused by the strong artificial interference.(3) By building the human disturbance model, combining with the spatial interpolation of residence, roads and farmland, found that the influence of residence and road far from farmland. and The spatial distribution of the human disturbance intensity is strongerin the southeast and north-central region, the weaker in southwest, the strong of the human disturbance intensity are mainly distributed in the dryland, the forest is small on the human disturbance intensity.
