Laminated glass is widely used in the daily life due to its good resistance of heat, light and impact. Besides that, it also has a high safety performance. However, glass is brittle and has a low bending strength. When the laminated glass is hit violently, it will break because of the overall deformation and the fragments of the glass will separate from the film which may result damage, In this research, one of the glasses of the laminated glass was replaced by PC, and the other glass was chemically strengthened. By forming the structure of chemically strengthened glass/film/PC, the composite structure glass has a good performance of impact resistance with light weight.The1mm thin glass was chemically tempered by KNO3, the maximum fracture stress and transparence were analyzed by Universal Testing Machine and WGW Machine respectively. The best technical parameters of chemical tempering of thin glass are:450℃for6h. By using the tempered thin glass, the strength is increased by239%and the transparence is lowered by1%.The electric potential of silane coupling agent was analyzed by the Nano-ZS Nano Particle and Potentiometric Analyzer. By which the optimal hydrolysis time and concentration were determined. The90°peel test between the WPU film treated by silane coupling agent and thin glass was analyzed by the Universal Testing Machine. Thus the optimal treated time and concentration of WPU film were obtined. The hydrophilic performance of WPU film was studied by Automatic Video Micro Contact Angle Measurement Instrument. The surface morphology and the change of the transparence of PC treated by NaOH were studied by Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope and UV-Vis Absorption Spectrometer. The results show that the solvent has the best stability when the hydrolysis solution of the silane coupling agent is mixed with deionized water and ethanol. The best technical parameters of modifying the WPU film by silane coupling agent are:concentration:1.5wt%, time:5min. After the treatment, the90°peeling strength between WPU and thin glass is increased by26%, the contact angle of the WPU film is increased, the water resistance and thermal stability are improved. The molecular bond in the surface of PC treated by NaOH is ruptured, the surface roughness and surface area is increased, the transparence is lowered by8%. And the adhesion performance is improved.The anti-impact property was studied by Universal Testing Machine and Paint Film Impact Tester. The composite structure glass was analyzed through high temperature durability and ultraviolet irradiation resistance test. Through orthogonal experiment, the best technical parameters of preparing composite structure glass are:at130℃for6h, pressure:-0.095MPa, concentration of NaOH:5mol/L. The results show that the weight is lowered by25%, maximum fracture stress is increased by22%than traditional laminated glass. Besides, the anti-impact and ageing resistance are improved.
