Textile is indispensable to people’s life commodity, with the development of science and technology, the type of textile fiber is also more and more, consumers demand for textiles appearance quality is becoming more and more high, and the performance of the textiles is closely related to the composition of the textile fiber performance. Therefore, in the textile production management and analysis, the new products of the fibers for scientific identification is very important. In the process of textile fibre content of detection, to treat textile fiber drying processing, to achieve a specified value in a testing moisture content conditions, to test the other properties. Traditional fiber inspection methods lay particular stress on manual operation, the textile fiber drying temperature control is usually taken oven drying method to treat textile fiber, the field staff according to the experience of drying process is over, but this link does not guarantee the textile fiber in the process of drying oven dry state, which affect the accuracy of test results. So the textile fiber automation testing equipment has become the current national focus on the development of direction.This topic through the theoretical research and the overall performance analysis, designed the oven dry trace textile fiber precise metering system, solved the textile fiber drying in the process of large energy consumption, high textile fiber moisture content after drying of faults, improve the detection efficiency and accuracy. The main work is as follows.(1)Based on the research of the theory of moisture absorption and drying, determine the absolute dry standard textile fibers; Through the contrast of different drying methods, determine the use of microwave technology and with the method of vacuum technology to detect textile fiber drying, in order to solve the existing in the control system of nonlinear interference factors, such as cascade control method is proposed in this paper, using Simulink to traditional PID control method compared with cascade control method simulation, restrain the interference effectively.(2)Designed a fast detection circuit, with the temperature and humidity sensors and PIC24FJ96temperature and humidity control system to realize single chip inside the oven temperature and humidity testing, when drying conditions meet the requirements, treat textile fibers weighing, improve the detection accuracy and efficiency.(3)According to the trace of textile fiber oven dry the requirement of precise measurement system and cascade control algorithm, write the software programs of the control system, through software and hardware support to realize the automation of system work.(4)On the system error analysis, and puts forward some improvement measures and solutions.Field experiment results show that the application of cascade control method compared with single loop PID control method, cascade control method to achieve steady state time shorter, system overshoot smaller amount. Trace textile fiber in this paper, design of oven dry precise metering system meet the design requirements, to achieve temperature and humidity testing, can be applied in actual engineering production.
