With the development of the society and the progress of the science technology, the attention on drug safety is increasing. During the process of drug production, the drug dosage is becoming precious. Recently, the issues like inappropriate drug taking and Doctor-patient dispute are caused by drug safety. The country and drug testing related departments pay more attention on rules and execution of drug testing work. The development of drug testing work is decided by the technology condition of the drug testing equipment. So the most important part of drug testing work is extension and research of drug testing equipment. According to the current situation, the paper is based on the demand and application of drug testing work. The micro-scale drug dynamic weighing has been designed and implemented. The functions of drug testing system includes drug movement, drug weighing and drug allocating. The proposal of the drug testing system increases drug dynamic testing work.The system is based on dynamic weighing and energy conservation principle. The kinetic model of drug weighing process is provided. The parameters of sliding chute and influences of sensor parameters are taken into consideration in the model. According to the kinetic model, the simulation is proposed with Matlab. Finally, the theory of drug movement is proposed. According to the simulation result, the system has been completed by Mechanical model and design, control system design and application design. The Solidworks software is used for virtual prototype in the mechanical part of the system. In the control system design, the Mini2440board is main control platform. One of its functions is real-time computing the information of drug weight. The AVR single chip machine is slave control platform. The application design is based on MiniGUI system, which displays the information of drug weight. The drug weighing system can be used in drug dynamic testing work. The high efficiency and dynamic testing can be used widely. The main work of the paper includes three parts.1.The paper analyzes the requirements, designs the system workflow and develops the overall solution. According to the function and demand of functional units, the paper develops the solution of functional models. Therefore, the control system including movement unit, weighing unit and allocating unit is proposed. Finally, the function of drug testing work is implemented.2.The paper completes the selection of dynamic weighing senor, designs the mechanical unit of drug weighing system and the integration of functional unit. According to the drug testing requirement, the paper implements the single-channel drug testing work.3.The paper completes the functions of control system. The Mini2440main platform can receive the weighing signal from intelligent instrument. The main platform sends response signal to the AVR slave control platform with serial telecommunication. The slave control platform sends control signal to stepping motor drive to implement the movement of units. In addition, the main platform reacts to response signal change and displays the drug computing information based on MiniGUI system.
