Fuel alcohol plays an important role in alleviating the energy need.Moreover,to carry outa target "do not contend for a food with person and don’t contend for ground with food",weshould focus on the research and investigation of raw material,fermentation process andgerm,etal.In thesis Making two technological processes,respectively the craft the juiceconcentration by seeping out fermentation alcohol and the craft the Intermixture of the beetjuice and the treacle fermentation alcohol.the first craft use sugar beet as material for ethnolproduction base on its characteristics,the by-product has the pressure rice dregs,the dry yeastand CO2etal,This craft of the juice concentration could solve problems about the beet seepingout the juice sugar density insufficient and material storage,In the craft needs the specificinstallation has the washing vegetable machine,the blanketing machine, the diffuser, thepressing machine and the multi-effect evaporator etal,On operating the ton liquor benefit is1780Yuan,we find that extracting sugar by the diffuser.The craft the Intermixture of the beetjuice and the treacle fermentating alcohol,it is feasible of treacle adjusting sugar densityplan,when we had the treacle stable origin situation,the ton liquor benefit is1415Yuan,.Although two methods have advantadges and disadvantadges respectively, but benefitabove1000yuan,Obviously they are economical feasible plans.Meanwhile,we use mold mushroom spawn from the school type culture collection centerfor selecting some yeasts,carries on experiment of the rejuvenation and the separation,screensSaccharmycesFFCC2167-3#,which the pellet below is0.5mm,bears the liquor above12%andsugar density above20%,but also has acidproof pH3.5,when under the150r·min-1vibrationintensity,May suppress produces the sour fungus,Accordingly we coud collect the good moldmushroom spawn after the continuous fermentation.In the continual fermentation test,themethod which replaces the beet juice by the sucrose,fermentation installment is a series of potcolumnning,the impacts of the different sugar density,the dilution ratio,pH in the continuousfermentation have been analyzed.We obtained the optimum fermentation process conditions:sugar density is20%, dilution ratio is0.0286h-1,pH is3.5.Besides,we use the beet juice to confirm the experiment,and itshows that the experiment meets the anticipated purpose.
