With the further development of the Clothing Market, more and more attention isfocused on the Chinese women’s pants, which have formed a unique branch in the suit-dressfield. The development of the brand, the quality and the strategy of the Chinese women’spants is extremely urgent in order to develop more clearly and rapidly. Analyzing the designof women’s pants and subsequent methods is based on the upgrade of the modern ClothingIndustry by the operation of the brand examples, which can make the growing road of theChinese women’s pants more professional and more practical.The best-selling brands are classified by analyzing the evolution of the pants andresearching the market status of the women’s pants and the brand developing road to discussthe successful experience. The existence and the prospect of the Brands have the intimaterelationship with the enterprise culture.Herein we discussed the practical defects which exit in the brand ROMAYNINE,involving the confused enterprise culture, ill-defined consumers, products lacking for seriesand unsystematic plan. The prefect and mature design was established through the clearenterprise culture, well-defined consumers and well-defined fashion style. On the base of the10/11autumn and winter fashion trend and the current popular style of dress, the design withthe combination of the single product design and the concept of Mix and Match was made.Thus it was improved that the style of the pants was weak and the Mix and Match was notstrong. The effect of the environment on the dress was investigated, and then the latest anddetailed desires of the consumers were found. This research meets the needs of the consumerson different occasion, which leads more and more stylish way of life. The diversity andadaptability of the single-product style is shown through the design and the Mix and Match.Personal style will not change with fashion. You will decide your external style all byyourself no matter how fashion changes. For the women’s pants, no matter daily dress orevening wear, if you can match them with your own style, there will be a breakthrough in theexpression of the women’s pants. This follow-up design strategy, including a series ofproducts, the mixture of products and accessories and so on, can promote the upgrade of enterprises effectively.
