This paper studied on the method of the corn stalk marrow making paper productsstrengthening agent in processing technological conditions and cost analysis.At first, the processing methods were determined through Exploration experiment. Itincluded ethanol method, NaOH-AQ, AS-AQ and NS-AQ. And the four methods of optimaltreatment condition were optimized. The results showed that the optimum treatmentconditions of ethanol method of the disposing corn stalk marrow were maximum treatmenttemperature180℃, holding time90min, liquid ratio1:25, ethanol concentration is60%.Treatment results that screened yield45.54%, potassium permanganate value36.69.The optimal treatment conditions of NaOH-AQ disposed corn stalk marrow were alkalidosage18%, treatment temperature170℃, holding time120min, liquid ratio1:20,anthraquinone dosage is0.05%.Treatment results that black liquor pH8.68, coarse yield40.67%, screened yield36.24%, potassium permanganate value17.84.The optimal treatment conditions of NS-AQ disposing corn stalk marrow were alkalidosage16%, alkali ratio0.4, treatment temperature170℃, holding time120min, liquid ratio1:20, anthraquinone dosage0.05%.Treatment results that black liquor pH7.56, coarse yield43.54%, screened yield36.74%, potassium permanganate value18.32.The optimal treatment conditions of AS-AQ disposing corn stalk marrow were alkaliratio0.5, alkali dosage16%, treatment temperature170℃, holding time90min,anthraquinone dosage0.05%, liquid ratio1:15. Treatment results that black liquor pH10.24,coarse yield44.28%, screened yield34.88%, potassium permanganate value16.83.Based on OCC pulp, through paperer-making experiment and testing experiment ofphysical strength of paper, compared the physical strength of paper of the four processingmethods and results showed that the best processing method of the corn stalk marrow wasAS-AQ. When the content of the corn stalk marrow was30%, tensile index, burst index andfolding index of the paper were increased respectively by90.11%,80.73%and450%.This paper discussed the influence of AS-AQ processing corn stalk marrow for notbeating pulp and beating pulp. Corn stalk marrows were mixed with reed original pulp, when the content of the corn stalk marrow was20%, tensile index, tearing index, burst index andfolding index of the paper were increased respectively by135.51%,28%,86.49%and300%;Corn stalk marrows were mixed with reed pulp, when the content of the corn stalk marrowwas10%, tensile index, tearing index, burst index and folding index of the paper wereincreased respectively by38.11%,11.29%37.5%and133.33%. So the improved effect ofAS-AQdisposed corn stalk marrow for beating pulp more feeble than not beating pulp.Based on reed pulp(35°SR), through experiment ensured cationic starch dosage was1%,It’s the physical strength of paper was similar to add10%AS-AQ modified corn stalk marrowand discussed from production costs, by comparative could ensure: add AS-AQ disposingcorn stalk marrow morn cheaper than join Cationic starch.
