This article showed antimony metal complexes named EDTA-antimony and8-hydroxyquinoline bismuth were synthesized, four composite inhibitor were formed with two kinds of metal complexes and two kinds of corrosion inhibitors.The synergy effect of quaternary ammonium salt of quinoline, mannich bases and metal complexes were studied.In the15%and20%hydrochloric acid, for composite corrosion inhibitors named A1(EDTA-antimony and mannich base), A2(EDTA-antimony and quinoline quaternary ammonium salt), B1(8-hydroxyoline bismuth and mannich base) and B2(8-hydroxyquinoline bismuth and quinoline quaternary ammonium salt), when the ratio of corrosion inhibitor and metal complexes was appropriate, the corrosion rate of steel N80and J55were below the mannich base or quinoline quaternary ammonium salt were used alone.The ratio of metal complexes and corrosion inhibitor was0.5%and1.0%, the corrosion rate was decreased minimumlly.It was suggested that the synergistic effect of EDTA-Sb,8-hydroxyquinoline bismuth and mannich base, quinoline quaternary ammonium salt was obvious. Electrode polarization resistance was increased, the corrosion current density was reduced, the corrosion rate was minimum. Electrochemical tests showed that tafel curve changes was larged when the mannich base and quinoline quaternary ammonium salt inhibitor was added metal complexes, metal complexes and mannich base and quinoline quaternary ammonium salt of compound corrosion inhibitor was the characteristics of the mixing action type corrosion inhibitor. |
