In the actual production process of pumping unit,wear phenomenon is of rfequentlyoccur between sucker rod and oil tube because of well bore structure limiting, instability andbending of sucer rod and oil tube, produced fluid properties,the vibration of sucker rod, therod pump don’t match, centralizer’ distirbution is unreasonable and so on. Resulting in somequestions such as seirous leakage and wear of oil well tubing, rod stirng wear and break off,pump inspection cycle because shorter, the low system eiffciency and so on. Recently years,due to low permeability oil ifeld effect of water injecting at later peirod is poor, pressure isdecay, the setting depth of pump is peeper, eccentirc wear problem is increasingly outstanding,so the phenomenon of pumping unit Wells rod eccentric wear in the extension of the oil ifeldsin the southern district of production are increasing year by year, which is became one of themost important problem that affect the oil well pump inspection cycle and system efifciencyand affected seirously normal production of the oilifeld,that also be important problem suckerrod pump production faced.Through comprehensive analysis of the pumping unit, sucker rod and the oil-well pumpand motor selecting steps,oil well working system, rod stirng assemblage, optimal placementof the centralizer, we complete the optimization design research of activity schema for rodpump extract oil system.
