As the proportion of processing raw mateiral became heavy and infeiror are still rising,expansion of the scale and depth of heavy oil into light mateiral processing are widening,environmental regulations and product quality became more and more strict,had greatlypromote the development of the clean ifiel-hydrogenation process,hydrogen consumptioncontinues to rise,the cost of hydrogen in the production of products cost ratio are stillincreasing? For improving the utilization ratio of hydrogen resources,looking for a newhydrogen source has become the effective ways to reduce the production cost to theenterprise.Hydrogenation unit consumption hydrogen on the desulfuirzation,denitrification,deoxidization, demetallization,olefin saturation,aromatics saturation,at the same time,release a certain amount exhausted hydrogen with different content of hydrogen,impurity,temperature,pressure and other different properties. Different sources of exhausted hydrogenbe concentrating used as fiiel or used respectively atfer purification and concentration,thiscomprehensive utilization of low concentration hydrogen has increased the load of hydrogenproduction unit and hydrogen puriifcation unit’ neither make full use of the pressure nor heatenergy of different exhausted hydrogen, consumed a lot more expensive hydrogen productionresources,wasted more hydrogen resource with cheap price and low hydrogen concentration,resource utilization is low.In order to improve the refining enterpirse resource utilization,by means of AspenHYSYS process simulation sotfware for modeling involving hydrogenation unit in service,combined with practical production data to investigate the accuracy of the model,andaccording the vairous inlfuence factors of hydrogenation unit in service to adjust the operatingparameters,in order to guarantee the quality of products and obtained the lowest hydrogenconsumption, With the simulation data of each involved hydrogen unit as the foundation,with the minimum hydrogen utility (PSA) hydrogen consumption as the objective,use pinchanalysis method analysis the hydrogen network,get the hydrogen pinch point of the networkis84%,compared with the oirginal network,load of PSA and membrane separation decrease22.62%,18.60%respectively, the amount of compression reduce16.65%. Added otherproperties of involving hydrogen lfow and hydrogen compression to the model,with the lowest hydrogen consumption as the objective, use mathematical programming analysis thehydrogen network,get the best way of hydrogen networks supply,concentration all of theremaining hydrogen source to high hydrogen purity for the use of hydrogen sink,comparedwith the original network,the load of hydrogen production has decreased32.81%, amount ofcompression to reduce4.44%,hydrogen source remaining quantity to0,improve theeconomic eiffciency of the enterprise and make full use of the resource,...
