The electrochemical oxygen reduction reaction (oxygen reduction reaction ORR), it simply means loss of a reduction reaction of the electron generating oxygen in the electrode transfer. The vast majority of the fuel cell, air battery cathode (positive) reaction, basic oxygen reduction reaction and promote the course of the reaction, so the study has important theoretical significance and application value to improve the efficiency of the battery. Wherein the catalyst in the electrode surface of the oxygen reduction reaction and has played a very important role.Electrocatalytic oxygen reduction catalyst and a facilitator means an important electrochemical oxygen reduction reaction process. The hot research technology as a chemically modified electrode electrocatalytic within, has caused widespread concern in many electrochemical workers. Conductive polymer doped polypyrrole (Ppy) quinones and its derivatives polypyrrole film modified electrode has a distinct role in the process to enhance or inhibit the oxygen reduction reaction, which enhance and inhibit the hydrogen peroxide reaction rate of the role and improve the performance of polymer doping after making quinones and its derivatives modified electrodes become popular subjects. Therefore, the study electro-catalytic chemical modified electrode for the preparation of catalyst for the oxygen reduction and quinone derivatives of oxygen reduction behavior, has a very significant meaning and practical value.This article was prepared polypyrrole doped2,7-anthraquinone disulfonate/polypyrrole film modified electrode method of derived synthetic modified electrode electrochemical methods and synthesis conditions, and through the study compared the bare glass carbon electrode and bare stainless steel electrodes in different electrolyte solution, different pH buffer solution, different ventilation conditions of state medium plus performance electrochemical properties, to examine its impact on the catalytic properties of the oxygen reduction reaction process, the simultaneous determination of its stability, examine the practical value and useful life. Which involves scanning electron microscopy techniques for observing the preparation of modified electrode catalyst material characterization and microstructure, and the use of AC impedance techniques, cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, technology, testing methods, to study its electrochemical properties.
