| Along with our country economy developing and the consumption of meat increasing, the slaughter and the meat packing industry is developing fast.Not only they are the necessity of the life, but also are the promotion of the continued growing of national economy. The slaughter waste water is one of the industrial pollutant headstreams,according to the results of the First National pollution source census. The slaughter waste water includes a lot of nitrogenous organic matter such as blood, pluck, hairs and soon, and it is easy to breeding large numbers of deleterious microorganism. The large numbers of wastewater if not treated properly, the harm is self-evident. It is a top priority of environment protection to dispose wastewater.Comparing the internal paper slaughtering-wastewater disposal technology with the abroad, we elicit the feasibility of the disposal wastewater by anaerobic-aerobic technology. Taking some examples, the paper introduces the design, the construction, unit’s design parameter, operation status, equipment selection and the effect treated slaughtering-wastewater. The results prove that this process has many advantages, such as, fast and efficient, less investment, less excess sludge and wide range of application.the results show that:(1) Two stage anoxic-aerobic process for treatment of slaughter wastewater, the stability of the effluent water reaches the" discharge standard of pollutants for livestock and poultry breeding"(GB18596-2001) requirements, which has good economic and environmental benefits;(2) for slaughter wastewater, the process of total average removal rate is96.7%, the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in80%;(3) the project a total investment of450000, daily running cost is176yuan, tons of wastewater by combined process for the cost of1.16yuan, good treatment effect, stable, strong resistance to shock loading. |
