With the rapid development of electric power, steel, cement and other industrial in our country,air pollution is becoming increasingly serious, people are also increasingly concerning about environmental issues.Thus the bag filter,as an efficient dust removal equipment, is becoming more widely used.However, our country has a large gap compared with foreign countries on the part of precipitator design,research of domestic precipitator is mainly concentrated in the process, there are very little for precipitator body structure.Thus,The factory generally adopt very conservative design approach in actual engineering, it both increase the amount of material and improve the cost of the machine, so the research on the design and optimization of such structures is of inestimable significance for the enterprise.This article combined with the actual project,taking a company’s production of pulse-jet bag filter as the research object, using large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench12.0to carry out static structural analysis respectively on its filter board,middle box, gray bucket,steel bracket and other important structures.Under the conditions of its structural stability is affirmative, carries on structure optimization respectively. Finally, comparing the data of stress tests and finite element analysis to prove the correctness and reliability of finite element analysis.The final structure analysis shows that the pulse-jet bag filter design is reasonable, but the design is too conservative, there is a lot of optimization space. After each of structure optimization, structural steel consumption is significantly reduced, and the optimized structure is also meeting the requirements of strength and deformation. This provides a reference for factory to design and improvement the structure of the precipitator, it is of great significance for precipitator design on the factory, both lower steel consumption and increase economic efficiency.
