The development of urban sewage treatment, is directly related to urban public health security and the improvement of the living environment quality. In recent years, along with the increasing of the urban sewage emissions, improving national sewage discharge indexes and the increase of reclaimed water reuse ratio, fulfill the policy of environmental protection, sewage treatment industry is facing the severe test. The equipment as the material basis for the normal operation of the sewage treatment industry, its daily management is increasingly received attention. However, some of the early construction of sewage treatment plant equipment is burn-in, unable to meet the requirements process standards and its operation cost increased year by year. Therefore, the wastewater treatment plant faced with the improvement of facilities problems.This article based on the case of a sewage treatment plant in kunming, on-the-spot investigation and analysis about the present situation of the equipment operation, from two aspects of sewage treatment equipment update problems are studied.Firstly, we from the equipment update timing, on the basis of equipment update timing theory research, to the question of whether or not to update, when to update, established involving equipment investment cost and maintenance cost, annual operation cost and failure caused by suspended load a variety of factors such as cost and salvage value, general motors, the mathematical model of solving the problem for selection of the optimal timing of update. And take the aeration equipment as example, finally we geted that the reasonable update fixed number of year is6.Secondly is the choice of equipment update scheme, we abandoned the traditional technical and economic evaluation method, put forward a suitable for urban wastewater treatment equipment more optimal scheme evaluation methods, the grey comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process (is a kind of foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, the combination of the two evaluation methods for) scheme optimization. Still take the aeration equipment update as example, finally it is concluded that the first update scheme for the optimal solution.Sewage treatment equipment update problem increasingly prominent, and how to make update timing decisions and plan optimization problem is the actual work to be solved urgently. Therefore, mastering the different update timing theory and comprehensive evaluation method for our correct decision-making plays an important role. So far, there are many decision theory and comprehensive evaluation method, but I still have a lot of problems. Just as every coin has its two sides, each theory and evaluation method has its background, unavoidably exist limitations and shortcomings. Therefore, when making decisions, we should seek truth from facts, adjust measures to local conditions to choose the appropriate theories and methods for this paper.
