At present,the rural economic level and living standards have been significantly improved with the socio-economic development and new rural construction policy support.The improvement of farmers' economic level has improved the living conditions of farmers,but also led to an increase in rural sewage.But now there is no matching rural sewage collection and treatment facilities,most villages use sewage directly discharged the way discharge of sewage.Sewage treatment plants are not suitable for handling rural sewage due to limited rural construction funds and farmers living scattered.Therefore,it has a broad market prospects that low-cost decentralized sewage treatment process which easy to run and manage and suit the characteristics of rural sewage.In this paper,through summarizing and analyzing the forms of rural drainage,the amount of drainage and the current situation of wastewater treatment,the integrated ecological treatment system of rural sewage is proposed,that is,the combined integrated treatment system and equipment.In this paper,Shandong Agricultural University research group of research and development of the combined integrated sewage treatment equipment,mainly researches the starting method of the combined integrated sewage treatment system,and analyzes the processing effect of the start-up phase.The test results show that it is scientific and feasible to starting the combined integrated sewage treatment equipment by inoculating activated-sludge.In this study,the optimum parameters of reflux ratio,dissolved oxygen and hydraulic retention time were determined.The hydraulic retention time was determined under different working conditions.Based on the theoretical analysis,the test results and economic and technical factors,the optimum operation parameters to determine the combined integrated wastewater treatment equipment are that the reflux ratio is 200%,the aeration was 30L/min to ensure that the dissolve oxygen concentration in aerobic zone is not lower than 2mg/L,the hydraulic retention time is controlled at about 18 h.Under the optimum operation parameters,the combined integrated wastewater treatment equipment was tested and analyzed under the normal and low temperature conditions,and the economic benefits of the system were analyzed.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:Under the operation of this parameter,the equipment can obviously remove pollutants in sewage,ensure stable effluent quality,and maintain better operation and treatment effects.Average COD concentration in effluent could achieve the B class of the first standard of?Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant?(GB18918-2002);average SS?BOD concentration meet the class B demands of?Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant?(GB18918-2002);the effluent qualities of ammonia nitrogen met the second-degree standard of the national discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant.The equipment has better removal effect for sewage,and the average removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen,SS and BOD were 79.4%,64.9%,92.2% and 89% respectively.Through the analysis of the equipment processing unit on the indicators that the removal effect of the removal of SS and COD in primary sedimentation zone and anaerobic zone,which together accounted for the total removal of the removal amount of 88.9%,91.2%;ammonia nitrogen removal concentrated in primary sedimentation zone to aerobic zone,common removal volume of the two processing unit of ammonia accounted for 94.5% of the total removal amount.Therefore,in addition to strengthening the management of the anaerobic zone and aerobic zone,it should also strengthen the improvement and management of the primary settlement area,give full play to the equipment to remove the organic pollutant performance,and reduce equipment construction and operation costs.This paper also analyzes the operation effect of the combined integrated sewage treatment equipment in the actual temperature and the low temperature condition,puts forward the suggestions for improving the operation of the equipment,and summarizes the precautions for the operation of the equipment.The results of the analysis of the engineering examples are as follows:In the practical application of the combined integrated sewage treatment equipment,the equipment is started to run the method of natural culture of microbial system.This method can not effectively choose to cultivate microorganisms,the formation of biofilm process is slow,poor sewage treatment effect.Therefore,the equipment in the actual operation of the project should start with reference to the test start method,so that biofilm quickly established to improve equipment handling performance.The addition of sludge and bacteria to the equipment during the detection period increased the number of effective microorganisms and improved the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen,BOD and SS.However,the removal effect of COD was not changed greatly,and the effect of the whole treatment was improved.Therefore,the system for the poor operation of the ecosystem can be timely access to targeted and efficient strains to improve the system within the effective microbial survival and improve the level of equipment for sewage treatment.The combined integrated sewage treatment equipment is designed with the low cost and decentralized treatment as the starting point.The process of the equipment is to optimize the traditional A/O process,the formation of activated sludge and biofilm process combined with the complex biofilm system,the effective treatment of organic matter in raw water.At the same time,the user can increase or decrease the number of joint sewage treatment barrels according to the number of users to meet the different processing requirements.
