The steel-Al bonding plate, combined the high intensity of steel and good electro conductibility, thermal conductivity and stain resistance of Al, is used in the area of aerospace, medical, transportation and construction. However, there is lots of residual stress in the interface of the bonding, which is harmful to the property of bonding plate and there are some disadvantages of the developed post treatment. This study will combine tiny-deformation rolling post treatment and ultrasonic vibration, using the vibration rolling post treatment to better improve the property of interface of bonding plate and covering the shortage of previous method.(1) The interfacial residual stress was analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of every existing post treatment were discussed. And the new method-vibration rolling post treatment was proposed.(2) Studies on annealing treatment, one-pass rolling post treatment and two-pass rolling post treatment were carried and the relations between mechanical property (Interfacial shear strength and ratio of interfacial shear strength difference) and treatment parameters (Annealing temperature, annealing time, reduction of one-pass rolling treatment, ratio of reduction of two-pass treatment)were got.(3) On the basis of tiny-deformation rolling post treatment, one-pass vibration rolling post treatment and two-pass vibration rolling post treatment were carried out. The relation between vibrational frequency and the property of interface of bonding plate was studied. Reasonable treatment process was determined and problem of high ratio of shear strength difference was solved.
