At present,due to environmental problems,energy conservation and emission reduction of "green industry" is the new era of development needs.Vibration aging technology has been paid more and more attention,which has the advantages of low energy consumption,high efficiency and short time.The vibration aging technology has been used to reduce the residual stress in the components of the larger welding parts,but it is not uncommon to use the vibration aging technology in the production of plate and strip,especially the cold-rolled strip steel.Taking cold-rolled strip steel with different residual stresses as the research object,this paper USES finite element software modeling and experiments to jointly explore the reduction and homogenization effects of vibration aging technology on different residual stresses of cold-rolled strip steel,so as to reduce the probability of defects in the shape of the strip.(1)the causes and effects of residual stress in metal materials were analyzed,and the influence of residual stress in cold-rolled strip on the quality of the strip was explored according to the technological characteristics of the production of cold-rolled strip.According to the theory of strain and stress characteristics of metal materials under repeated external forces,the principle of vibration aging is explained in terms of material mechanics.(2)the rolling model was established by using finite element software to roll out the cold-rolled strip steel models with edge-wave residual stress,medium-wave residual stress and composite wave residual stress.These cold-rolled strip steel models with different types of residual stress have not yet had plate shape defects,providing a plate material model for the simulation of vibration treatment.(3)in the finite element software,respectively with different type of residual stress of three kinds of strip steel,applying different processing parameters of the vibration aging treatment,compared before and after the change of residual stress,the vibration exciting force is discussed on the location and the size of the excitation amplitude and excitation frequency,load time,such as horizontal vibration parameters selection method.(4)according to the established finite element numerical simulation,the parameter on vibration platform to manufacture with vibration aging,by scanning method and hammer method before and after treatment were measured cold-rolled strip steel vibration natural frequency,whether through natural frequency decreases and posted on the strip surface strain gauge whether changes,determine the residual stress of cold rolled strip steel cutting effect.
