Application and born, micro scale processing technology is popular in the modern industrial processing process,improve the surface quality of the workpiece is priority among priorities in microscale processing, grinding process can have high surface quality of the workpiece in traditional processing, For that reason,the grinding study get more and more in china,with many of the workpiece material, the hard brittle materials has many advantages.such as good abrasion resistance, strong corrosion resistance, thermal stability, high temperature and high strength.so the application in industry increasingly widely. However. these materials processing cost is higher, these surface require super slick when we using, so it’s One of the key in today’s machinery manufacturing field. for these difficult processing materials.This thesis undergo a series of studies of microscale grinding machining conducted with sodium calcium glass, mainly discussed the grinding depth, workbench feed speed, the processing spindle speed on the influence of the surface quality.First this thesis through theoretically discussed of the microscale grinding machining mechanism, introduced the grindings formation mechanism and the smallest cutting thickness and the workpiece restore elasticity of the height calculation in the micro grinding process, the use of diamond grinding rods ultra-precision grinding machining characteristic. the surface of workpiece quality and the surface roughness of the use of performance effect of the product.Then use the finite element simulation software ABAQUS establish three Single grits micro grinding model, in a different grinding depth, different feeding speed in sodium calcium glass grinding force and grinding heat of the simulation,find reducing processing produces grinding heat method from theoretically, dadurch effectively improve the machining surface quality.Once again in the experimental study, this thesis specific to200#and500#two grits for two kinds of experimental, such as three factors three levels of slot grinding and three factors five levels of side grinding, And measured for the different grinding depth, workbench feeding speed,spindle speed On the surface roughness influence. comparison and analysis Slot grinding on the500#grits with different grain diameter of0.6D and0.9D, According to the experimental results analysis,we found the spindle speed with the greatest influence on the surface quality.so we also go on a group of spindle speed single factor experiment to test experimental conclusion.This thesis introduce a little bit about the ductility domain which is more generally in abroad, mainly research the ductility domain slot grinding in the microscale conditions. Find the most reasonable processing parameters in the present microscale processing conditions, so as to increase ductility domain length in the slot grinding, so as to improve the quality of the workpiece surface.Finally, this thesis summarizes the main conclusion and the defects of the subject research,and this thesis puts forward the future research direction.
