As the coal mine environment is complex and harsh, underground communicationthan the ground communication convenient and flexible.As a result of a variety oftraditional communication scheme has many deficiencies, combined with the technologyof power line communication, this paper put forward a kind of using undergroundexisting power line as a communication transmission channel communication, focusingon the power bridge set for the theory basis and realization.This paper first introduces the development of power line communicationtechnology and the trend, determine the use of OFDM technology as the power bridgeassembly and core technology. Then, this paper focuses on the analysis of the basicprinciple of OFDM technology and system model, and the high peak to average ratio andthe synchronization problem of the influence on the system, and puts forward somecorresponding real valued genetic algorithm based on the improved PTS algorithm andSC algorithm based on improved timing synchronization algorithm, using MATLAB tocalculate the correctness of the method is verified. Finally the power bridge set for therealization of hardware system for preliminary design.The medium voltage electric bridge assembly is capable to make full use ofdownhole power line network to realize the data signal transmission, effectivelyenhance the real-time and accuracy. In addition, the program also greatly reduces thecommunication system construction and maintenance investment of coal mineenterprises, has very high use value.
