In recent years, worldwide earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, forest fires, hurricanes, production safety accidents and terrorist attacks and other emergencies occur frequently, the demand for modern emergency communications systems increasingly urgent. China's economic development needs for energy, with the rapid economic development and increasing, China has become the first country of consumption, increasing coal mining cause of the accident is also increased, resulting in economic losses and casualties staff. Geological disasters caused by coal mining, causing the accident scene and the rescue command center liaison poor problem, the use of power line accident scene, establishing a safe emergency communication system in coal mine. Therefore, the study of this subject has theoretical significance and social significance.Firstly,the emergency communication system and the tunnel power line communication theory are introduced, and then the roadway power line channel characteristics analysis of coal mine power line channel input impedance, noise and attenuation characteristics in-depth research and analysis, the design of different noise models and simulation. On this basis, the establishment of a power line can basically reflect the channel characteristics of the channel model. Through the course of development discourse Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing, working principle, design a power line communication system using OFDM technology, and gives important module, experimental simulation simulink simulation diagram, and the use SystemView software. For the power line OFDM system has high peak power ratio problem, a depth limiter law, depth limiter and PTS combine algorithm depth limiter and improve SLM combined algorithm, DFT algorithm to improve the algorithm and simulated demonstration in MATLAB.
