Round-link chain is widely used in various coal mine equipments.Its quality has a directrelationship to the reliable operation of the coal mine equipments.The heat treating affect thepivotal role of its quality and production efficiency. Since the problem of control method,theeffect of the medium-frequency induction heating equipment can not meet the demands of theheat treatment technology for the round-link chain.Through the analysis of quenching principle, this article determines the most reasonabletemperature of the round-link chain before quenching. The system uses S7-200PLC as its maincontroller, on the basis of integral partitioning PID, the controller control the MPU6of themedium frequency power supply by the analog output module. The analog input module collectsfeedback data of the system, and the touch screen can set system parameters.This paper describes the hardware designing and software programming of the intelligentcontrol system,and it also designs the touch screen interface. Aiming at complex industrialenvironment,it analysis the stability of the temperature controling. At present, the operation ofthe system shows: this system has high control accuracy、easy operation、friendly man-machineinterface and stability performance.It comprehensively improves heat treatment technology leveland efficiency of the mine ring chain company.
