Abstract/Summary:
Along with the government’s emphasis on the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers, livestock and poultry breeding, especially the large-scale farms have had a rapid development in China. The development of stockbreeding increases agricultural profits and farmers’income, enriches shopping basket, at the same time, the odor generated by animal excrement and liquid dung from the farms have brought serious environmental pollution to the countryside, while eliminating these pollutions is an urgent task at present. Utilizing deodorizers is a relatively simple way of eliminating the odor. However traditional deodorizers do not produce obvious deodorization effect, what’s more, they are less durable and relatively expensive.Based on the principle that natural plants can purify the environment, this thesis is designed to search for the plants which eliminate the odor molecules by analyzing the malodorous gas compositions of the farms.In this thesis, extraction methods and technology conditions of functional component materials are investigated by analyzing the naphtha of several main plants that have deodorization ability. Extraction research into the naphtha of plant resources such as ginger, yellow cinnamon root, peppermint and perilla is carried on by way of ultrasonic wave, solution leaching and wet distillation. Utilizing single factor and orthogonal experiment, we’ll optimize the technology condition of extracting functional composition materials of such plant naphthas mentioned above. Besides, through GC-MS, the constituents of naphthas extracted under the optimum conditions are identified.The functional compositions such as naphthas are compounded with the gelata through the simplex centroid design principle, and three kinds of deodorizers with different ratios of A, B, C are selected. Through the contrast experiment, we’ll screen the optimum formula of new green deodorants.Determined by field test and analysis of the main odor components, the results show that newly developed farm green deodorants have a good deodorization effect. They can effectively eliminate the odor gas from the farms, thus solve the problem of odor pollution. The products feature in low cost and good safety performance, so have a broad perspective in application.
