Research And Application Of Functional Flavor Plate That Based On The Cigarette Brand Of "Double Happiness·Good Day"

Most of tobacco companies are faced with the prombles such as strong stimulation and fragrance lackage, with the executing of the research itmes of "reducing tar and easing harm of Chinese style cigarette ". Demand for the high quality tobacco and natural essence, which with the function of maintaining of aroma and moisturizing, are increase in most cigarette enterprise of China. In order to solve the aboce technical problems, three kinds of flavor essence module including Zimbabwe flavor module, sweet flavor module and filter rod flavor module were developed, based on the "Double Happiness· good day" brand cigarette style. The applicated effects on three kinds of cigarettes, which includs "treasures-good day"," lucky·good day" and "good day " with lower tar conmtent of5mg, for cigarette brand of "Double Happiness· good day", were also researched. The main conclusions are as follows:Zimbabwe flavor module was prepared by blending technology based on the Zimbabwe tobacco leaf extracts prepared by molecular distillation technology. Chinese cigarette sensory evaluation method was used to evaluate the module and determine the essential module formula of Zimbabwe module. The results show that:the three kinds of recombinant products, which includes S1(preparation at the temperature lower than80℃), S’1(the component far from the origin of preparation at the temperature of80-100℃and fractions by silica gel column chromatography) and S12(the component with middle distance from the origin of preparation at the temperature of80-100℃and fractions by silica gel column chromatography), are all with ideal appearance and aroma. The quality and style of aroma was improved in the "treasures, good day" cigarettes, when the merger of the above three components was added. Zimbabwe flavor module, which based on the fragrance components extracted from the Zimbabwe tobacco, could increase the tobacco fragrant, sweet fragrant, fruity fragrant, floral fragrant and cream sweet of the cigarette.Sweet flavor module was prepared by perfumery technology based on the pineapple extracts prepared by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction technology. Chinese cigarette sensory evaluation method was used to evaluate the module and determine the essential module formula of Zimbabwe module. The results show that:the extraction effect was optimal under the extracted conditions with pressure of16MPa, temperature of40℃, extraction time of2h, CO2flow rate of10kg/h. The feeling of smooth and sweet was increased in the "treasures, good day" cigarettes, when the pineapple extract was added. Sweet flavor module can significantly enhance the cigarette aroma, sweet, and honey sweet fragrance.Filter rods flavor module, which developed by blending techniques, was evaluated with Chinese style cigarette sensory evaluation method, he results show that:the filter rods flavor module, which improve tobacco fragrant, sweet fragrant, flowers fragrant, wood green and cream sweet, significantly increase the gas quality and aroma quantity and enhance cigarette style.
