Studying On The Division Of Ecological Functional Area And It’s Application Based On "3S" In Yanling County

In this paper, we used Yanling County as example, made the ecological basic theory and principles as the theoretical basis, relying on "3S" technology as the technical means, under the prerequisite of collection, screening and entry of a large number of original basic data, conducted the study of Yanling ecological function division. We made the following conclusions:(1)We Used the powerful analysis capabilities of ENVI software to research TM image data in yanling. After a series of image pre-processing, image enhancement operations et al, using the maximum likelihood method to make analysis of Yanling land utilization, we Drawed conclusions:Yanling paddy field area208.31km2, accounting for10.26%, dry land area128.39km2, accounting for6.32%; urban construction land area21.86km2, accounting for1.08%; shrub/unused area124.29km2, accounting for6.12%; fir forest area909.4518km2, accounting for44.80%; evergreen broadleaf forest390.69km2, accounting for19.24%; pine forest area247.26km2, accounted for12.18%.(2)Through researches, we established Yanling ecological sensitivity evaluating index system, formed three categories,8subclasses evaluation factors, respectively the sensitivity of soil erosion (including the average annual rainfall, topography, soil texture, surface features coverage), habitat sensitivity (including species abundance, the level of protection), and the social impact sensitivity (including home population density, culture, tourism). Used experts scoring method to establish the index system weight analysis model, with the help of matlab, we got the weight W=[0.1574,0.2071,0.1361,0.2233,0.1588,0.0583,0.0269,0.0321]. Through the analytic hierarchy process conducted the Yanling ecological sensitivity studies, we made Yanling County ecological sensitivity maps.(3)We researched the importance of ecological service function in yanling county, selected biodiversity maintenance, water conservation, soil and water conservation, product supply, natural and cultural tourism as evaluation factor to analyze the importance of various types of single ecological service.(4)Based upon comprehension evaluation and analysis of ecological environmental present situation of yanling county, combined yanling’county ecological sensitivity distribution and importance of ecosystem services, according to ecological principles and methods, we analyzed comprehensively ecological function zoning in yanling and then formed ecological function zoning districts:1. ecological conservation areas,2. urban development and human settlements protection zone,3. functional areas of providing ecological products. Under the three first level ecological function zoning to conduct second level division district, according to the principle of consistency of ecological service function importance and ecological environment sensibility, ascertained various second level divisions as ecological conservation are:1. Water conservation,2. protected areas of soil and water conservation,3. importantly protected areas of biodiversity,4. forest ecosystem conservation area; urban development and human habitat protection zone:1.towns constructing area2. human habitat protection zone; functional zone of providing product:1. protected area of rice cultivation,2.functional zone of providing woods.3.herbs growing areas.4.ecological tourism built-up areas.(5)We finally formed planning map of ecological function zone of yanling county.
