In this tnesis, the oligochitosan was selected as fundamental raw material, and the acetylsulface was selected as sulfonating agent. Based on the two raw materials sulphonated chitosan was prepared and nanocrystalizated. Solid supported drugs [1.5-dimethyl-2-phenyl-3-oxygen subsititued-2,3-dihydro-lH-Pyrazole-4-yl)methylamino] methyl sulfonic acid sodium salt (metamizole sodium tablets) were prepared as MnFe2O4magnetic composited macrosphere coating with sulphonated Chitosan or sulphonated chitosan nanoparticles. The structure of the two samples was characterized by IR, SEM, TG-DSC, VSM, and UV. The drug releasing property of the two sample was also investigated. The experimental results show that:the balling property of MnFe2O4magnetic composite drug loading microsphere coating with sulphonated chlitosan nanoparticles was superior to the MnFe2O4magnetic composite drug microsphere coating with sulphonated chlitosan. As to the former was concerned, the average diameter was5μm, the saturation magnetization was10.87emu/g, the drug delivery efficiency was0.901g/g, the drug loading efficiency was87.6%, and the drug releasing efficiency was83.4%in24h. Because of its excellent performance, it may be selected as a novel drug carrier.
