In the present work, the effect of the arc energy, laser energy and distance between laser and MAG arc on the penetration deep, drop transfer mode and weld geometry are investigated on the high strength steel. Results indicate that when the laser power is2.5kW~3kW, arc power is180A/26V-200A/27V and the DLA is2-4mm can obtain the ideal penetration deep, drop transfer mode and weld geometry.Investigating the CO2laser-MAG arc hybrid welding solute distribution regular pattern of molten pool by the element tracking method, learn the regular pattern of melting metal flow in the CO2laser-MAG arc hybrid welding. Results indicate that the adding elements in the molten pool content is higher and its distribution is the most uniform when DLA=3mm and the distance to molten pool surface is1.0mm.On the basis of the above study, the effect of CNT:Ti ratio to the microstructure and mechanical property of CO2laser-MAG arc hybrid welding is investigated. Results indicate that the CNT and Ti detail the weld organization effectively, the bending energy of the weld is maximum when the CNT content of20%.
