Itaconic anhydride as the monomer react with glycerol monostearate(GMS)sorbitan monostearate(Span60) and plyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate(Tween60) respectively. GMS-IAH, Span60-IAH and Tween60-IAH which have unsaturated double bond and possess reactivity are three novel types of nonionic surfactant were prepared. The chemical structure of products were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR). From the FTIR comparation of products and corresponding monomers shows, there are two obvious peaks at1721cm-1and1642cm-1, both of them are characteristic absorption peaks which from a double bond C=CH2and Carbonyl. According to these data can prove IAH have reacted with GMS successfully, the structure of doube bond exist in GMS molecular. Besides, GMS-IAH have a chemical shift at5.23ppm in1H-NMR, this chemical shif belong to a double bond C=CH2hydrogen atom, which fully prove IAH molecular special structure already connect to GMS molecular. Reaction condition include reaction time, temperature, catalyst content and inhibitor content factors that affect conversion rate have been investigated. The experimental results shows, when reaction conditions were set to5hours,100℃.catalyst content3percent and inhibitor content0.16%, conversion could reach99.57%. Span60-IAH and Tween60-IAH characterized by FTIR and1H-NMRm, the results show that1722cm-1and1631cm-1have two strong peaks, which represent a double bond C=CH2and carbonyl group, the chemical shift appear at5.23ppm is the hydrogen atom of a double bond C=CH2, that prove IAH molecular was attached to Span60molecular.1722cm-1and1631cm-1have two strong peaks, which represent a double bond C=CH2and carbonyl group, the chemical shift appear at5.75ppm is the hydrogen atom of a double bond C=CH2, that prove IAH molecular was attached to Tween60molecular.Grafting LLDPE which prepared β ray irradiation with reactive type dripping agents GMS-IAH、Span60-IAH and Tween60-IAH respectively, drag strip, grain, blow to be film(thickness:0.15-0.24mm). Determination of grafting rate by using titration, and the three type of reaction dripping agent grafting rate were:0.31wt%,0.37wt%and0.33wt%for each. Graft copolymer LLDPE these three films were accelerated drip test by drip method. The experiment result shows, at the same condition of dripping effection,rating dripping day last 21days which means the grafting product represent more dripping day than moral LLDPE film for five month.Choose two or more reactive dripping agents mix together. According to the test result, conclusion can be get that grafting film contact angle smaller than pure LLDPE film.
