| Fiber reinforced composites (FRP) had high specific strength and specific stiffness、strong design and good corrosion resistance, has been widely used in energy, defense、aerospace and other fields. The traditional fiber reinforced resin matrix composites are difficult to meet the high strength、high fatigue and weight requirements. Nanophase materials provided a new way to modify the traditional fiber reinforced resin matrix composites. That is a new and effective ways and means of modified. However, nanometer material dispersion problem and new processes are the scientific problems to be solved urgently.In this paper, unsaturated polyester resin as matrix, by adding OMMT to prepare unsaturated polyester resin composites and glass fiber composite materials, research on OMMT modified dispersion effect. Focus on research pre-composite method of preparation, and were compared with the the magnetic stirrer dispersion and ultrasonic dispersion performance. The main work is as follows:(1) Research the theory of pre-composite method, determine the framework structure and parameter calculation in the process of the pre-composite device, and then developed the pre-composite device.(2) Preparation and performance test the unsaturated polyester resin/OMMT composite material, preparation and performance testing of unsaturated polyester resin/OMMT FRP composite material, Research on properties of unsaturated polyester resin/OMMT composite prepared by pre-composite device; Research on the curing reaction of the unsaturated polyester resin/OMMT composites, and Research the exothermic curing reaction process performance.(3) Observation the fracture of prepared resin by scan electronic microscope morphology, explore the effect of dispersion of nano-particles.(4) Analysis the viscosity of preparesd unsaturated polyester resin/OMMT composites, Explore OMMT added impact on the viscosity of the resin.(5) Design the wind turbine blades, Simulation analysis the feasibility manufacturing process of the blade. |
