Study On Basic Characteristics And Filler’s Reinforcement Of Domestic ND-BR

The structural parameters of domestic Nd-BR were analyzed by means of Gel Permeation Chromatography(GPC) and Infrared spectrometer(IR), and the the properties of mixing rubber and vulcanized rubber of Nd-BR were also studied,and compared with other cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber with Ni catalyst and Co catalyst system.The differences of different mooney viscosity of domestic Nd-BR was studied.And also studied on filler’s reinforcement of domestic Nd-BR.The investigation of the properties of domestic Nd-BR showed that compared to BR with Ni catalyst system and Co catalyst system,Nd-BR had a higher molecular weight,higher cis-1,4struction and a near linear structure; The Gel content of mixing rubber was higher,also the cure rate of the mixing rubber was faster.;And on the propertie of vulcanized rubber.stretch properties and rebound of Nd-BR were higher,compression heat was lower,abrasion resistance was better,The domestic Nd-BR had better comprehensive performance than Nd-BR abroad;V-305had best comprehensive performance.The research of the basic properties of the different mooney viscosity of domestic Nd-BR showed that compared to Ni-BR, Nd-BR has higher relative molecular weight, relatively narrow molecular weight distribution and a neat linear structure, Rubber of resistance to mechanical degradation performance and resistance to cold flow property is better. The cure rate of mixing rubber is faster, capillary rheometer of cutting sensitivity is stronger;Stretch properties of vulcanized rubber is stronger, tear strength and rebound is higher, abrasion resistance is better, compression heat and rolling resistance is low, has better comprehensive performance; The high Mooney viscosity Nd-BR has the best comprehensive performance. The study on filler’s reinforcement of domestic Nd-BR showed that about carbon black content on vulcanization characeristics,stretch properties,resilience,compression and wear resistance of BR can be known that compared to Nd-BR abroad and BR with Ni catalyst system and BR with Co catalyst system.,The content of carbon black filled domestic Nd-BR is more.
