The method for the processing of waste acid in PS vesion production line is the intermittent discharge, that’s when the concentration of the Aluminum ion in the acid reaches a certain level, the acid in the tank will directly be released and equip fresh solution into the tank.It will be a waste of a lot of acid and led to production intermittent. What’s more serious is the Aluminum ion, hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid are products of high pollution.Direct emissions will cause serious environmental problem.001x7type cation exchange resin is selected for the removal of the Aluminum ions from electrolytic waste hydrochloric to solve the problems of the Aluminum ions constantly increased which will produce more wasted acid and led to low production efficiency.001x7type ion exchange resin is used to research the electrolytic waste hydrochloric acid. In this text, the adsorption and desorption of Aluminum ions are studied, including the static adsorption experiments, static regeneration experiments, dynamic adsorption experiments and regeneration experiments and the best static and dynamic conditions are gained.Under static conditions, the adsorption of Aluminum ions with001x7ion exchange is a liquid film diffusion controlled process, the desorption behavior of Al3+is a intraparticle diffusion controlled process. The best adsorption time is10min and the best desorption time is15min. The appropriate stirring rate is400r/min and temperature is the room temperature. When the available90g resin is spent to treat100ml electrolysis acid, the removal rate of Aluminum is86.72%and resin exchange capacity is about0.164mmol/g.we choos the hydrochloric acid of mass fraction about20%to regenerate. when volume ratio of the hydrochloric acid to deal and the regeneration liquid is2:1, the desorption rate of Aluminum about65%can be achieved.Under dynamic conditions, considering larger flow rate can enhance the purification of waste acid in the perunit time,and improve the production capacity of the equipment and resins, so0.2ml/s is the suitable feed flow rate. When resin bed height is greater than300mm, the amount of Aluminum adsorpted changed little and the resin utilization increased slowly, so the ratio of resin bed height to diameter is selected to10:1. The contact time of the resin bed is about42min, the mass of aluminum adsorpded is1895.4mg and the utilization of the resin is about53.91%. The way of dynamic regeneration is countercurrent regeneration and the flow rate is0.1ml/s. When200ml regeneration liquid is used to regenerate the resin column which has adsorptded400ml acid and the ratio of resin bed height to diameter is10:1, The regeneration time of resin bed is34min, and the desorption rate of Aluminum can be achieved at about85.33%.
