Peracetic acid has a very important application in daily life. Because of its excellent performance on disinfection and oxidation, it is often used as the bleach for textiles, paper, wax and starch. It also used as oxidant in organic synthesis and medicine and food production pipeline antivirus sterilizing agent. However, peracetic acid is easy to decomposit and not easy to be stored and transported, more and more engineerers of chemistry pay more attention to the area of stability peracetic.This study is designed to the original peracetic acid production process. After the technical improvement of peracetic acid, we will try to find the optimal experimental methods and best feed ratio as to expand the market. Peracetic acid can be applied to the disinfection of beer production pipelines, and can make a greater contribution to the sterilization.The study mainly investigats the synthetic experiments of food-grade peracetic acid and the program of synthetic the food-grade peracetic acid with acatic. This study also investigats the factors of peracetic acid stability. Based on the results of some special experiments, we have found the optimal conditions of the food-grade peracetic acid production. If we want to product food-grade peracetic acid of the concentration of24%, we can control the temperature about20℃and make the peroxide, acetic acid and the concentrated sulfuric acid together to a certain percentage. In the synthetic process, we should stir the solution and put some sodium Pyrophosphate, EDTA, Phosphate, Organicphosphotus,8-hydroxyquinoline. After the chemical reaction, the peratetic should be stored for about20hours. In the situation the peracetic acid yeide is the highest.The results show that acetic acid can synthesize high yeild food-grade peracetic acid. Phospholipid substance can be used as stabilizers of peracetic acid. Food grade peracetic acid have a good quadruple sterilization in brewery yeast and bacteria.
