With the development of steelmaking automatic control technology, the temperature of the molten steel has become a very important process parameter in the steelmaking process. For a long time, Tundish for temperature measurement technology is a worldwide problem. The development of radiation thermometry technology provides an ideal solution for this problem. Based on radiation thermometry technology, this paper has researched on and designed of signal processor on molten steel continuous temperature measurement. Taking full advantage of the scientific research conditions provided by laboratories, we have produced forming experimental device. After commissioning and running, this processor works properly.This issue designed a device for signal processor on molten steel continuous temperature measurement, and the device based on double CPU. The system can be divided into two parts including the detection part and the main controlled part. In the detection part, we have selected the C8051F350which is made by New China Dragon Electronic Co., Ltd. as the processor. While in the control part, we have selected the C8051F020as the processor. The main function modules contained the detection of weak current(the current signal within0.5μA~1.5μA), the LCD display, GPRS wireless communications, the data storage of the MMC card and so on. Made circuit board and debugged it, and achieved the desired function.Aiming at the weak current signal which output from photoelectric detector, I designed two kinds of detecting scheme, and also tested them. Meanwhile, I made an error analysis of the measured data at last. The scheme of timing calibrating current can eliminate the temperature drift and disorder effectively which were made from the components. And this scheme has higher detection precision (reading error rate within2‰).Finally, I have summarized the subject and pointed out the shortcomings of this subject and the contents should continue to be studied.
