Copper has a high conductivity and thermal conductivity characteristics.It is widely used in the manufacture of various types of wires and conductors,in addition,Cu also has high strength,excellent corrosion resistance,easy brazing and deformation processing.It is also widely used in national defense,Manufacturing and processing industries.As a crystalline material,the electrical and mechanical properties of Cu are closely related to the crystallinity.The cooling curve reflects the crystallinity,the crystallization temperature and remelting temperature as the phase transition temperature are an important index of metal smelting and casting.Accurate and rapid measurement of temperature in industrial production is a very important part.During the heating process,the solid phase gradually becomes liquid phase,and the phase transition process releases latent heat.However,the measurement of liquid-solid phase crystallization temperature and remelting temperature is a transient process.Therefore,it is necessary to measure the temperature measurement method with high thermal response time and high measurement accuracy.Thermocouple temperature measurement,infrared radiation temperature measurement,differential scanning calorimetry and so on.Thermocouple temperature measurement method is a more conventional contact measurement temperature method,can quickly and accurately measure a variety of temperature range measurement method,but this method requires direct contact with the metal thermocouple,after the heat balance showed too high of the temperature,resulting in a long response time,low safety factor.Infrared temperature measurement of the main physical quantities are : thermal radiation,visible light,infrared,because the infrared measurement can only work through experimental conditions experimental results directly modified,its measurement accuracy is low,vulnerable to external factors lead to greater measurement error.The crystallinity of the sample was measured using a DSC synchronous thermal analyzer,and the phase transition curve of the metal was obtained directly.And finally get the crystallization temperature and remelting temperature.Differential scanning calorimetry with high resolution,can be used for high-precision measurement,but only a small number of samples for testing,long test cycle,can not be applied to a wide range of industrial production.In this paper,the radiation spectrum of Cu in phase transition process is measured by Spectrometer blackbody radiation theory.By using the transformation relationship of slope and temperature,the function curve of temperature change with time is obtained.Finally,the crystallization temperature and remelting temperature of Cu.In addition,by comparing with thermocouple and differential scanning calorimetry,we found that our measurement scheme provides a simple and effective method for Cu phase transition temperature measurement.
